
London based Michelin Starred Chef & owner of three restaurants. Adam’s style of food is modern British with a French gastronomic influence. At 16, Adam was introduced to the Savoy Education Trust who offered a placement as an apprentice chef at Claridge’s Hotel. He began college in Bournemouth, graduating with distinction. Adam joined head chef John Williams of Claridge’s for the Berkley Hotel before going on to join Philip Howard at the two Michelin starred Square In 2001, Adam opened Thyme, it was an instant success winning countless awards including Time Out Restaurant of the Year 2003 and many more. In 2006 he opened Trinity which has a coveted Michelin star. It has been awarded many more accolades as well as holding three AA rosettes for sixteen years. The refurbished Trinity Upstairs received a coveted Bib Gourmand, awarded by the Michelin Guide. Adam became Culinary Director at Browns Hotel in Mayfair in 2019.
