Amanda Cohen (@dirtcandy) is chef and owner of New York’s Michelin starred vegetable restaurant, Dirt Candy. She lives in Manhattan and is co-author of the critically acclaimed “Dirt Candy: A Cookbook.” She takes inspiration from local farmers markets, especially the big one in Union Square, where she walks on her way to work and was the first and only vegetarian chef on Iron Chef America.
