Anna Patrowicz is a shining star in the world of “sommellerie”. Her recent collaboration with Chef Fadi Kattan works on bringing awareness of Palestinian wines to the international public. Her love for nature & the terroirs, her technical expertise as well as experience both in wine tasting & wine/food pairing bring a sensitive, respectful set of fresh eyes & palate. Through the glass, Anna explores the terroirs of Palestine with curiosity & a deep understanding of the people & their stories. For Anna, wine is ”a journey of emotion, love, and respect of craftsmanship – a story of Palestine in itself”. Anna is passionate about developing her extensive knowledge of wines, from the very established vineyards of the world to the rare gems unknown. Her extensive career in the world of wines and spirits spans through some of the finest establishments in the UK. Anna has a Diploma in Wine and Spirits from the Wine & Spirits Education Trust and certification from the Court of Master Sommeliers Worldwide.
