Aoife Comerford is 24 years of age and Junior Sous Chef at one Michelin star Glovers Alley by Andy McFadden, a Taste the Atlantic Chef Ambassador 2023, and youth member of Chef Networks Advisory Council. She holds an honours degree in Culinary arts from Technological University Dublin. She was a 1916 path bursary winner and Gallagher’s Boxty House Scholarship winner for most promising student in Gastronomy 2023.
She is an advocate for educational access and takes great pride in addressing barriers to education for people of low socioeconomic developed backgrounds. She is extremely passionate about aquaculture, agriculture, the importance of Irish producers and the utilisation of Irish produce!
