Brian McGinn

Brian McGinn is an Emmy-nominated director, writer and producer. He is best known for executive producing and directing the ongoing Netflix series Chef’s Table, which he developed for TV with his creative partner David Gelb, as well creating and executive producing the new Netflix series Street Food, and directing, writing and producing the Netflix documentary Amanda Knox.

Along with Gelb and Jason Sterman, McGinn is one of the founding partners of the production company Supper Club, which recently signed an overall deal with The Walt Disney Company to create new non-fiction programming.

McGinn previously directed the HBO Comedy Special Ferrell Takes The Field, starring Will Ferrell, an episode of the acclaimed Netflix series Dirty Money, and a series of million-hit viral videos starring Dave Franco, Christopher Mintz-Plasse and Alison Brie for Funny or Die. He has also been a contributor to McSweeney’s and The New Yorker.
