Damien Grey


Damien Grey is the head chef and proprietor of two Michelin star LIATH RESTAURANT and former One Michelin star HERON AND GREY. Coming to Ireland in 1999 from Sydney Australia, he started working with some of the biggest names in the Irish food scene before opening LIATH in a market stall in the seaside village of Blackrock, Dublin. With his personality and business style, known to defy convention he has managed to forge his own path and continues to adapt, evolve and create.
