Daniel Burns

Daniel Burns is chef/partner at Luskus in Greenpoint, Brooklyn. Luksus earned a Michelin at the first opportunity, after having opened in July 2013. It is the first restaurant globally to receive a michelin star serving only beer for the pairings.
Chef Burns previously worked at The Fat Duck and St. John in the UK, as well as being the pastry chef at Noma from 2006 – 2009.
He moved to New York to set up the test kitchen for momofuku, as head of R & D. He has travelled extensively working with chefs internationally and collaborating on multiple projects.
His next venture will be ‘burns gelato’ in NYC.
