Daniel Hannigan is an award winning chef hailing from Wicklow, Ireland. As the Executive Chef of the Bereen Brothers Group, Hannigan oversees a prestigious portfolio that includes the acclaimed Orwell Road, Row Wines, Charlotte Quay and the newly reopened Coppinger Restaurant where he is currently based as head chef .
His culinary journey is marked by notable experience in renowned establishments such as L’Ecrivain and Thorntons, where he honed his skills and developed a passion for innovative Irish cuisine. In 2022, his dedication and talent were recognized when he was named Best Young Chef in Ireland at the Food and Wine Awards. In addition to his restaurant achievements, Hannigan is also the founder of “Food for Thought,” a pop-up fundraiser supporting the 3TS Turn the Tide of Suicide charity, dedicated to suicide prevention.
