Another wonderful chef we are delighted to welcome to Galway in October is Italian Davide Scabin (@DavideScabin0) of Combal.Zero. Davide?s culinary career began many years after he had completed catering college when he opened a highly successful trattoria in Turin called Combal. In 2000 the restaurant moved to the Castello di Rivoli Museum of Contemporary Art, under the name of Combal.Zero, and Scabin began employing unique creations inspired by his long and design-oriented experimentation with ingredients, shapes, textures and temperatures. Over the years Combal.Zero has gained international recognition and countless accolades and awards, including two Michelin stars and a rank of 28 in the San Pellegrino?s ?World?s 50 Best Restaurants? of 2011.
