Eric is a father of six kids running a Michelin starred restaurant with his wife Tina. The restaurant was awarded the star shortly after opening. Eric has worked in some of Denmark’s best restaurants, including Noma, Sollerod Kro and Almanak.
Eric says ‘My ambition for the restaurant is to be the forefront of Danish gastronomy. I am 35 (sic years) young and hope to have many more rewarding and successful years at Jordnaer’.
