The Young chef of the Year embodies this mantra, and the very DNA of Euro-Toques: local seasonal ingredients, creativity, skills and a passion for Irish cooking. The competition starts in June and guides the chefs through a culinary journey culminating with the final in November.
Euro-Toques Ireland has increasingly focused on education and, together with presenting partner La Rousse Foods, has developed a programme which includes workshops, demos, visits to suppliers and culinary activities that aim at growing the talent we have in Ireland.
