Ian Harford, originally from Rush Co. Dublin is a 24 year old Chef de Partie at one Michelin starred Aniar Restaurant, working under renowned chef JP McMahon. Ian’s passion for cooking started young and when he was in 6th year of high school he contacted every Michelin starred restaurant in the UK and Ireland looking to be taken on as a Commis. Two weeks after finishing high school, he moved to work in Paul Kitching’s One Michelin Star 21212 in Edinburgh. He spent some time in Restaurant Patrick Guilbaud and has done internships in many restaurants including Chapter One and The Fat Duck by Heston Blumenthal with an upcoming stage in 3 Michelin star Restaurant Jordnær in January.
