Self-taught Swedish chef Mikael Jonsson (@HedoneLondon) started his culinary career as a food blogger. A solicitor by trade, Jonsson?s extreme allergies meant he was unable to pursue a career in food. However, a new approach to diet meant the allergies dissipated, and he was free to eat and cook in ways he?d never been able to do. In 2011 he opened his restaurant Hedone in Chiswick, West London and was awarded a Michelin Star in 2012. Hedone is ranked as the 60th best restaurant in the world in 2015.
