Róisín trained in some of France’s finest vineyards including Château Latour in Bordeaux and Château Grillet in the Northern RhôneValley. In 2015 she established her micronégociant-vinificateur business, Maison Róisín Curley, in Burgundy. She buys grapes from carefully selected parcels throughout Burgundy and vinifies them in her winery to produce her own wines. With a preference for organically grown fruit, she works closely with the vine growers focusing on high-quality grapes and produces wines in small quantities. She handles each batch of grapes individually and uses as little intervention as possible, her aim is to make elegant wines that express the character of the vineyard and the vintage they come from. Róisín divides her time between Burgundy and her beloved County Mayo in the west of Ireland where she works as a pharmacist in the family business
