Santina Kennedy

Santina is a Food Consultant working with Irish food & drinks
producers, she has 15 years experience in Irish food, drinks &  hospitality and holds an
MA in Gastronomy & Food Studies.
She is passionate about showcasing the best of Irish food and drink produce through
experiences and cultural events. Santina is committed to the promotion and development of
Ireland and especially her native County Wicklow as a Food Tourism Destination. She
currently works with The Powerscourt Distillery and Wicklow Naturally where she tirelessly
champions the use of local ingredients, weaving Irish food and drink into immersive cultural
experiences. Santina is a regular contributor to media and she has been featured on RTE, BBC World Service, PBS & ITV. Her work has also featured in Forbes Magazine, The Irish Times, Food and Wine
Magazine and the Irish Farmers Journal. She loves any opportunity to chat about Irish food
and drink and features regularly on The 1105 Panel on East Coast Radio.
