Tim Raue (@TimRauesKolibri) spent his entire culinary career in Berlin and has won numerous awards including his first Michelin Star in 2008 for restaurant MA Tim Raue at the backside of famous Hotel Adlon. In 2010, he opened his eponymous restaurant in the Rudi Dutschke Strasse, in his native Kreuzberg, close to Checkpoint Charlie. The Michelin star followed him and a second one was awarded in 2012. The restaurant is also awarded with 19 Gault&Millau points and ranks number 52 on the Top 100 Restaurants of the World list. Besides this restaurant, Tim is a culinary consultant for La Soupe Populaire, featuring a modern German cuisine, Sra Bua by Tim Raue at Kempinski Hotel Adlon, featuring a modern Pan-Asian cuisine with seasonal products, as well as to STUDIO timraue at Factory Berlin, featuring a quarterly changing menu, which is based on different topics.
