Tom Jenkins is a British journalist and the Managing Editor of and the S.Pellegrino Young Chef Academy, giving him a unique insight into both sides of the pass. He has presented at food forums from Cape Town to Copenhagen.  

  Born and raised in London, he has been writing about food for close to a decade, with his role taking him all over the world. He has also watched as his home city has become one of the world’s top dining destinations and is a cheerleader for everything the UK has to offer gastronomically. Tom is particularly interested in how the food community can come together to make great food more accessible for all, as well as the boundless creativity of the world’s top kitchens. He has also written for the likes of The Independent, Telegraph Magazine, Vice and CNN during his career.
