Tickets are refundable up to 31st August 2017. Please email email@example.com for refund. After this date, tickets are transferable but non-refundable.
Shipping & Returns
To get an accurate calulation of shipping fees add the product to the cart and then when on the cart page click ‘+ CALCULATE SHIPPING‘ in the Cart Totals column to reveal the shipping calculator. Next enter your country, state and zip (where applicable) and click ‘Update Totals‘ Now you will be presented with the available shipping methods and cost.
We want you to love every item you buy, so we know that from time to time you may like to return an item. If you would like to make a return, we ask you get back to us with this decision within 7 days of receiving the product. Once the return has been approved, the product must be received by us within 2 weeks from that date or it will not be accepted.

– When posting your item back, you must obtain proof of postage of your return. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
– The cost of returning the goods is your responsibility.
– You are responsible for packaging the return appropriately. Any items which arrive back broken due to insufficient packaging will not be refunded.

We use PayPal for all transactions. You can pay using your PayPal account balance or if you don’t have a PayPal account you can pay using any major credit or debit card. We use PayPal to securely transmit your credit/debit card information. Customer credit card information is not stored by us on our servers.
